Note: the cap is made up of 2 parts - the inner cap which contains the battery and the LEDs and the outer cap which which people see when you are wearing the cap. The inner cap is designed to fit perfectly inside the outer cap and is secured with velcro. You can remove the inner cap or reposition it by opening the velcro strap inside the outer cap.
